A 100 minute gut punch anchored by two of the best performances I’ve ever seen. Surprisingly though the performance of the film may be an eight year old kid that somehow goes toe to toe with two of the all time greats. So glad the academy gave him his flowers, even if he didn’t win like his parents in the film.
Need to revisit Marriage Story because I’m not sure I would have thought of it so highly had I seen this first.
