Aaron's Thoughts
At its heart, Seeking Mavis Beacon asks big questions and wants to take the audience on a wild investigative journey. Unfortunately, there just isn’t enough there for a full story. When all of the filler is stripped away, it’s hard to justify what is left.
I sincerely believe the intention of the filmmaker is just, it’s just hard to watch the film slowly start to veer towards an immoral obsession when it becomes clear that the filmmakers aren’t getting what they set out for.
