Solid directorial debut from Ramona. He doesn’t do anything flashy with the camera or with the film itself, but also doesn’t do anything disastrous. Easy going that hits every emotional note & while the story itself isn’t the most original thing this year, it is far from cliche. Sweet and tender throughout and well worth a watch
