It’s pretty fun to have seen Marriage Story prior to watching the Squid and the Whale because you can see the wheels turning for Baumbach & the start of how it all comes together decades later.
Such an uncomfortable watch, but I actually really enjoyed this. Some remarkable performances by Linney, Daniels, and Eisenberg.
Oh the day you realize your parents aren’t perfect people or maybe even good people at all! You’ll never forget the moment.
